Breakfast: Start your day with a nutritious breakfast designed to energize you for the activities ahead.

Equine-Assisted Therapy Session 1: Travel to our nearby equine therapy facility. Engage in a 2.5-hour session with gentle therapy horses, focusing on emotional regulation and mental clarity.

Lunch: Return to the retreat location for a healthy, delicious lunch.

Alone Time: Reflect and process emotions from the morning therapy session in peaceful surroundings. Take a leisurely nature walk to see vibrant wildflowers, towering oak trees, and perhaps a curious deer.

Group Breathwork Session: Join a guided group breathwork session to promote relaxation and emotional release. This practice helps process emotions from the morning's equine therapy, allowing you to release thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you.

Equine-Assisted Therapy Session 2: Return to the equine therapy facility for another 2.5-hour session, building on the progress made in the first session.

Harmonyum Healing Session: Continue your personalized healing journey as you participate in a Harmonyum Healing session designed to promote deep relaxation, cellular healing, and the restoration of emotional balance.

Alone Time: Enjoy the calming atmosphere and journal by the cascading waterfall on the resort grounds, letting the soothing sounds enhance your introspection and relaxation as you reflect and process feelings from the day.
